Terms of Service

1. Service description
Tomorrow is an iPhone productivity app. You record voice notes; we use AI to turn them into a plan, tasks, shopping, email drafts, and calendar events you can act on. This website is a marketing site and waitlist only — the product itself runs on iPhone.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Tomorrow. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
3. AI processing
Voice audio may be transcribed and analyzed by third-party AI providers (for example OpenAI) so we can extract tasks and build your plan. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect — always review AI-generated items before relying on them. Do not record content you are not allowed to share with service providers under their processing terms.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service (abuse, reverse engineering beyond permitted law, scraping at scale, illegal content, or attempts to bypass usage limits). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or other users.
5. Data retention and deletion
Audio, transcripts, and derived plan/task data are associated with your account and retained as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account and associated data at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. You may also request export or deletion by contacting support@tomorrowplan.app. Waitlist emails collected on this site are used only to notify you about launch and product updates. 6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Tomorrow is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that AI output will be accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tomorrow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, limits apply only to the maximum extent allowed.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
8. Governing language
These terms may be provided in multiple languages for convenience. If there is a conflict between a translation and the English version, the English version will control for legal disputes, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
